  • What does Geti Crafts & Arts offer?
    Geti Crafts & Arts is a company which deals with Indian Handcrafted gifts and utility items which can be selected online and ordered to be delivered to destinations within India or outside. It could be either a handicraft item for your own collection, or for gifting, through this service, you can order from the choicest gift items shown on the site while making the booking orders online and later also making payments online(this feature will soon be available). The gift will be delivered at an approximate time and address given by you, according to your specifications

 

  • How can we place an order/make the payment?
    Keep adding the products you want to buy, by Clicking on the ADD to CART button. Then a Sales Invoice is generated and you will be sent an email with the Order details and then you can make payments as per the payment instructions. Very soon we will be adding the online payment feature, when you will be taken to a secure payment gateway to make the online payment.

 

  • Can I phone or fax my order?
    Specific products can also be ordered on Phone or fax. The supply will be made only after the payment transfer will be made to our Bank.

 

  • Is my credit card number / bank a/c. number secure?
    Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by SSL encryption capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

 

  • Does Geti Crafts and Arts use SSL encryption?
    Yes. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.

    While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Pay-Now button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information. All Web browsers support the SSL standard.

 

  • How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?

    After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.Additionally, you can check the order information on the web.

 

  • Are the items shipped as per the display on webpage?
    The products will match the image on the website, the product will meet the specifications as per the image mostly until and unless specified otherwise. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Since items are handcrafted, slight variations will always be there in the dimensions and will not always be the same . Geti Crafts and Arts in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
    Note: Accessories shown (if any) are not a part of the product.

 

  • How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
    We shall deliver your gift within 7 working days of securing your payment or on the approximate delivery date mentioned by you in the order form, whichever is later until and unless specified otherwise against long delivery items which are tailor manufactured.

 

  • What is the mode of delivery?
    Delivery of gifts is made through renowned courier services, we have arrangements with leading domestic and international logistics companies and express services.

 

  • How do I know that my gift has been shipped?
    Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after your gift has been shipped. You may also track your order status online by logging into My Account at Geti Crafts and Arts

 

  • Can I send some message with the gift?
    Yes, you can send your message with the gift. Just type in your message in 'Your Personalized Message' box while making the payment online. Your message will be delivered along with the gift.

 

  • Can I have the gift delivered on a particular date?
    Yes. You simply need to select the desired delivery date while placing an order online. The gift will be delivered on the specified date, provided it gives us a minimum of six working days after securing your payment. All efforts will be made to meet the date commitments, but we will not be responsible for any delays occurring due to customs or delays by the logistic companies or situations which are beyond our control

 

  • Where all can Geti Crafts and Arts deliver gifts?
    Geti Crafts and Arts can deliver gifts to all the major countries. You may place orders from anywhere in the world while making payment online through Credit Card. For more details kindly mail us at : contact@geticrafts.com

 

  • How do I check the current status of my orders?
    You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Geti Crafts and Arts . To check the status online of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top right of any page on our site. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the link to your order number link to view the status of all orders that have been or have not yet been delivered. To view the status of a specific order, click on the Order Number.

 

  • Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
    Yes. To cancel an order, click on the My Account link in the top right of any page on the site. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the Track Your Pending Orders link to view all the orders that have not yet been fulfilled. You can then click on the Order Number that you wish to cancel and then finally click on the Cancel Your Order link available for that order. Please note that you can only cancel orders with 24 hours of their booking with us or until these have not yet entered the shipping process.

    Order Cancellation :You can only cancel orders that are yet in the ‘Processing' or 'Processed' phase, ie., while we have received the order and are ready to send the same. Once you order has entered the 'Processed' status, we will not be able to cancel your order.Alternatively, you may click on the My Account link in the top right of any page on the site. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can Track Your Orders . You can then click on the Order Number to check status for that order.

    Return Policy: Goods once shipped shall not be returned on any ground/s. However, in case you may have any complaints regarding the products delivered you can communicate with us and we shall try and help you. Also refer to our Terms of Use.

 

  • Do you deliver to locations outside India ?

  • Why is there difference in amount in my invoice sent from Geti Crafts & Arts and that in my credit card statement?
    We charge order value in the INR. This may cause a slight variation in the dollar-value shown at the website and that charged from your credit-card due to fluctuation in conversion rates.
